Elisa Smith, founder of Forge Studio Co. is a Certified Meeting Planner with nearly two decades of experience bringing people together through thoughtfully planned events and experiences. Her work lives in the details—anticipating needs, building strong relationships, and making sure every piece of an event feels intentional, supported, and seamlessly executed.

The bread and butter of Elisa’s work is corporate events. From conferences and off-site meetings to incentive programs and client-facing experiences, she has partnered with organizations of all sizes to help their events run smoothly from start to finish. Elisa is known for stepping in as a true extension of her clients’ teams—someone who understands their goals, protects their vision, and handles the logistics so they can stay focused on the bigger picture.

Just as important to her approach is collaboration. Elisa values strong partnerships with venues, vendors, and industry peers, believing the best events are created when everyone at the table feels supported, respected, and aligned. Her experience working across destination management companies, associations, and venues gives her a deep appreciation for how each partner contributes to the success of an event.

While corporate events make up the core of her work, one of Elisa’s most memorable and unique experiences took her far from a traditional ballroom. While working in Australia, she supported the Sydney Royal Easter Show’s elite woodchopping competition—often referred to as the “Wimbledon of Woodchop.” It’s a project she still loves to talk about, and one that reflects her ability to adapt, learn quickly, and bring the same level of care to events of every kind.

Through Forge Studio Co., Elisa offers boutique planning support rooted in experience, collaboration, and trust.
